Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Instadram, the iOS whisky tracker, and instadram.me. If you create an account or use the app, you accept these terms.

Instadram lets you scan bottle labels, keep a liquor inventory, log pours, and follow other collectors. The supported product is the iOS app. The website is a public landing page, legal pages, and an optional web sign-in path.

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal drinking age where you live. The service is not for children under 13.

You must give a valid email and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.

Instadram Pro is an optional subscription. It unlocks unlimited bottles and all AI art styles. iOS purchases go through Apple. Apple charges your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You manage and cancel in App Store account settings. We do not issue refunds except where Apple or the law requires it.

You keep the rights to photos, notes, and other content that you upload. You grant us a license to store and show that content so the service can run. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use. Do not post illegal, hateful, or infringing material. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Scan results and AI artwork are generated estimates. Check names, proof, and notes before you rely on them. We do not guarantee that a scan matches a specific commercial bottle.

Do not abuse the service, scrape it, attack it, impersonate others, or use it to sell alcohol to minors. The app is a collection tool. It is not a store and it does not sell alcohol.

The Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy explains how we handle data. It is part of these terms.

We provide the service as is. We do not warrant that it will be free of errors or always available. To the limit the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages.

We may update these terms. We post the new text on this page. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
